My delicious PRO POWER PROTEIN PANCAKE!
This is what I eat every workout day for breakfast. It’s amazingly delicious, so filling, and perfect for pre workout energy!
Recipe: 1/2 cup egg whites 1/2 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla) 1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/2 cup fruit of your choice (I like frozen berries, bananas also work!)
Directions: 1. Pour into olive oiled frying pan, spread fruits around with a fork so they’re evenly distributed, and cook on low heat until edges are brownish and bottom is relatively cooked. 2. Turn oven on low broil and put pan onto the second rack from the top, so the top of your pancake can cook nicely! Broil for 3-5 minutes, watch not to burn!
I recommend cutting this with a pizza cutter, it’s easier! Hope you like aaaaand enjoy!
